The worst taste ever

On Saturday 18th March 2023 I purchased a French Glazed Vanilla Cheesecake for 27 95 but it had a very strong aftertaste so either Elise or I liked it On Wednesday 26th April 2023 Hayley from Head Office emailed me and she offered to refund me as a once off goodwill gesture On Wednesday 26th April 2023 I replied to her email with my bank details then she processed the refund of 34 95 On Friday 5th May 2023 I received the refund of 34 95

Nasty cheap mess

I ordered a creamy caramel continental cheesecake for my birthday It wasn t decorated as described missing the gold pearls and looking very slapped together to the point where I went and bought extra chocolates and things for the top to make it look half decent Then tonight we ve eaten it and were soooo disappointed When did the Cheesecake Shop stop making decent cheesecakes If there was any cream cheese in this thing at all I d be extremely surprised It was all fluff when you pushed down with your spoon a full two thirds of the density of the cake disappeared and the remaining slop tasted like mock cream There was no resistance to the cake no full flavour just a watery fluffy mess It tasted cheap and nasty and I will never ever buy from the Cheesecake Shop again Yet another example of a company pursuing profit over quality goods I should have chosen a small local bakery instead and will do so from now on

Very disappointed not worthy for custom birthday cakes Ordered a custom birthday cake for my son s 7th birthday and the cake was completely different to the pic i gave to them There was a printed a picture on cake and it was broken too And the girl said sorry my coworker mistakenly broke it we will give you 20 discount in next cake at Erina fair Very disappointed they should have called earlier and i would have find a better cake from somewhere else The cake was ugly and my kid did not even come and cut the cake His birthday was ruined

We purchased a Double Choc Belgian Mudcake for our daughter s 30th birthday We were very very deeply disappointed It tasted like sand very dry and bland We have been buying mudcakes every year and they were nothing like this cake I contacted them by email twice and they don t have the decency to contact the customers with an explanation It was so embarassing for our daughter and everyone who came to celebrate her birthday as no-one ate the cake Never again will I purchase another cake from the Palmdale Cheesecake Shop at Upper Mt Gravatt

Absolutely dissappointed

Absolutely upset ordered a customised cake for my daughters 21st bday A red velvet flavoured and asked for dark pink icing and a happy birthday message on it lady suggested I get purple witting and advised it would look better dont worry When I picked it up I wanted to cry it was so freaking ugly looked a unicorn took a shit The writing was so hideous I had to pay 20 extra just for the colour of the icing which normally comes in white I wanted to throw this cake in her face but because we were 2 hours away from our event we had to take it I ended up redecorating the cake myself and it turned out ok until we tasted it it was horrible it was like a sponge cake and the icing was salty it was disgusting we thew the whole thing out Im never going here again Cake bought from clendon manurewa Auckland
