No refund no support no accountability
I booked a private chef through ChefMaison for an event in June and paid in full including 140 for their cancellation insurance which promised 24 7 support and flexible cancellation I canceled the event more than 50 days in advance and the chef personally confirmed that the cancellation was fine Despite their policy clearly stating a full refund for cancellations made more than 7 days before the event I ve received no response to any of my emails It s been over 10 days now No refund No explanation Just silence I m now forced to file a chargeback through my bank and report the case to consumer protection authorities This is not how a professional service should operate I trusted ChefMaison and they completely ignored their own terms Be cautious

We arranged this company to sort out dinner for my wife s birthday They listened to every details great communication Our chef was Slim he came a few hours before to start prep on dinner The meal is what we could only call outstanding food 5 Amazing night had by all We will be booking again
