Chemist Warehouse Helensvale Home WorldI have shopped at the Helensvale Chemist Warehouse for years and always found their customer service fantastic While I was shopping there last week my phone rang and when I pulled it out of my purse a 20 note fell to the floor and disappeared I was convinced it had slipped under the racks or the store room door I was so appreciative to James who pulled the racks out and looked in the storeroom with no luck It had literally vanished I left my phone number just in case they found it A few days later I had a phone call from Amy the store manager who excitedly said they found the 20 note So thank you James and Amy for going above and beyond to help me Chemist Warehouse should be very proud of having such wonderful employees Thank you again I am very grateful and appreciative

So quick to send - always packaged well - they made a mistake the other day and gave a 5 coupon to make up for it I didn t even know about the mistake to they told me

Received 2 orders now Shipping is slow but all items arrived undamaged and as described Have found the product info is sometimes minimal and some of the pictures don t represent the actual size but this is expected with online shipping No Complaints Here

Online order was picked up for delivery on 28 2 expected delivery on 1 3 Is now 13 3 and still nothing Called customer service twice given a message after 28min on hold that they are busy and call back at another time No option to take your number or a request to call me just call back at another time We are turning into a third world country sadly

This was my first time shopping online with Chemist warehouse Order 101095330 More than 7days after ordering my order was not shipped I cancelled the initial order I made within few minutes but I was refunded less than the amount I paid I sent an inquiry on their website regarding these matters since I couldn t find an email and there has been no response till date Terrible customer service
