I bought a vps from black friday 2016

I bought a vps from black friday 2016 deal It has 4 gb and 4 cores I haven t noticed but today when I logged into my VPS I only have 2 cores and 4GB Feeling ripped off after a year of service with them

Experience unacceptable - highly unprofessional and unreliable

I use ChicagoVPS for FXBlue trade copying only 1 account to another account However they suspended my services for HighLoad and never contacted me and continued to charge me for another 4 months When I emailed them with my list of questions and asking for a resolution and my funds to be refunded from the point when they suspended me unannounced This was the response from the client service person basically giving me the information that is already present in the client portal without answering my specific question and offering no help Not only is using their service detrimental to a trader they are just completely unprofessional and it is just not acceptable Do not use them Ken W Staff Hello Jeanette We have checked and it seems your server has been suspended due to the High CPU usage Suspend Reason High load 183 0 Ken W Technical SupportChicagoVPS When I questioned why they are not answering my questions and charging me without offering any services again and noted that I may leave a negative review from them I got this response can someone tell me this doesn t sound a little rude It doesn t even start with a Hi or I am sorry for your bad experience I have no idea what abusing the TOS AUP this is an unproven accusation from a client executive to the consumer as far as I know I have one MT4 running and this is a minimum for any trader This has been flagged for Management and they will get back to you by end of business tomorrow threatening to leave bad reviews due to you abusing the TOS AUP will not resolve the matter and the TOS AUP violation does not mean we can refund you if they choose to do so it will be as a courtesy and may be in terms of account credit depending on the outcome Once reviewed we will let you know if we can continue to provide the service may need an OS reload if so if not will see what we can offer in terms of credit refund Regards MikeAccount ExecutiveChicagoVPS

I have paid for a one year pack

I have paid for a one year pack but after they sell a bill about more so I have sent letter them two times but there is no respond so I paid for nothing I have no time for this

They suspended my service without any

They suspended my service without any notification And then they keep billing me for another month and refused to refund my money It is 30 05 2019 but they already bill me another month till 02 07 2019 What a joke Avoid this VPS provider

Service was suspended a few months ago in the client login area It is clear that I do not have an active product service on file However received another bill this month and ChicagoVPS took payment from my credit card without authorisation Its pretty much fraud

I get suspended for a few filthy pennies left over Whenever I used it was turned off the vps and had to wait 2 days to return to work a disaster

They love spammers they host spammers they do nothing about them they ignore emails and obviously unless you re a spammer according to the reviews I ve read here you get treated like crap

Very very very bad The VPS shuts down several times a day I have raised several tickets they apparently fix the problem but then it keeps on happening
