Never used the company before saw enough good reviews to make me trust them The whole process was superb start to finish simple things like sending me pics of my actual pc build being built was a lovely touch I d write an entire essay about how much I love the system they built I ll leave it by saying that the care and attention to detail was evident in both the neatness of the cables in the build and the careful nature it was packed with when being sent to me With the greatest of respect to the company I hope I don t need to buy a new system for many years but when I do it will be from these guys A very happy customer

I ve had torrid experiences over the years with various large retailers so I am always nervous when trying a new company Thankfully Chillblast have a great reputation online so this made ordering a much more reassured experience going in I am pleased to say so far so good The PC is built to exceptional quality and runs very cool I was particularly impressed with how well packaged the PC was using space-filling foam which was easy to remove but protected all the components in transit The email communication was impressive and once the PC was assembled and tested I had it literally the next day I haven t had any need to contact Chillblast directly yet as the PC is running well but I have no doubts based on other reviews I have read online that this wouldn t present any issues at all Thanks so much
