Really impressed with this The box that the sauces come in is very sleek and beautiful and the way the sauces are presented - in glass tubes - is very different I got the Kitchen collection and the sauces certainly all pack a punch Interesting flavours too - not like your average chilli sauce Would definitely get again and they would make a great gift too

Chilli No 5 is possibly the most stylish set of chilli s sauces on the planet Beautiful packaging and a great selection of sauces varying in heat Our favourite was the Sriratcha cha cha These would make a wonderful gift for a foodie

After not receiving my initial order and reaching out to the Chili No 5 team I had my issue resolved Rumble and Maria were fantastic in reaching out and not only helping sort the issue with my order but sending a little gift as means of an apology As someone who works in retail and can understand how manic the holiday season gets I really appreciated the detailed and personal response I ll certainly be purchasing more from Chili No 5 in the future

After an initial problem see below Chilli No 5 responded to the issue see below but also to me directly with an explanation apology and recognition that the experience was unsatisfactory A full refund was issued product received with additional free items as an apology- I am more than grateful for these Yet to use the pizza oil I ordered but if the complimentary sauces are to go by it will be brilliant and full of flavour --------Not sure if this company is genuine or not Payment taken No order confirmation received No goods received Contacted twice once via their website once via email no response
