I caught a late train on the 06 08 and unfortunately there was a fatality on the lines I cannot praise the train driver enough on the day Kept us up to date as much as he can walking up and down the train to ensure we was all okay and even offered his drink out

I travelled from London to Warwick

I travelled from London to Warwick parkway on 10th November and the ticket collector was so kind and helpful as he knew about the difficult step particularly for the over 80 s and helped me down with such courtesy Unlike your other reviews I think chiltern is a phenomenal line and use it about once a month and have done so for many years

Good Customer Service

Due to Coronavirus and my travel plans cancelled they said my tickets are still valid and I can use them as soon as I m ready post Lock Down so I m happy

I left my bag on the train today I spoke to the clerk at the station I couldn t thank her enough for helping me to get my bag back While waiting for news of my bag she made me a coffee also gave me a bottle of water and some biscuits Also contacted me later on to tell me where my bag has been left for me to pick up tomorrow
