Wonderful customer service

I have ordered seeds from Chiltern seeds and not only do I appreciate the variety and quality of the seeds I am also grateful for their wonderful customer service I had some problems with potting on my seedlings and they were very helpful knowledgeable and prompt in answering my questions They helped this new and nervous gardener and I cannot praise them highly enough

PLEASE NOTE The bad reviews of this company are actually reviews for a copycat website called Chiltern Seeds Direct so don t be put off the actual website reviewed here called Chiltern Seeds is great and have had great seeds from them in the past This year I accidentally ordered from Chiltern Seeds Direct and as others have reported here got hardly any seeds and am not hopeful of their quality if other reviews are anything to go by

Great seeds and no plastic packaging

Used this company as they have a great selection of seeds and are far cheaper than buying them in the small packs you generally get in the shops Seeds came in jiffy bag made entirely out of paper which i was really pleased about as i could recycle it and the seeds have all come up great Thankyou Chiltern Seeds

Chiltern Seeds have been my go-to seed company for years and the range they stock is superb Favourite part is getting a lucky dip once a year where they offer a random assortment of seed packets at a cut price A superb way to learn provided they can ship to you

I ve used Chiltern for about 20 years- they didn t have pictures when I first sent for seeds They never fail to please AFTER I d done my spring order I received through the post their new catalogue It s absolutely stunning The most beautiful catalogue I ve ever received My seeds are all growing now- always good advice on how to grow them Thank you Chiltern for the many happy times you ve given me and keep up the good work ps Tried tolpis last year- gorgeous

Quality service

I only ordered a single pack of seeds so didn t expect priority service The packet arrived in less than 24 hours complete with a comprehensive cultivation advice slip That is what I call excellence and I will certainly shop here again

Excellent customer service

My order unfortunately seems to have gotten lost in the post but the customer service team particularly Nina were so lovely and quick to respond to the issue and send out a replacement order While I have yet to receive the seeds I m very impressed with how well and promptly issues have been dealt with
