Like many others on here I fell for thr white fox scam Ordered on the 31st of Dec and while i have sent messages The responses I have received are all the standard the holidays are our busiest time No actual update on the items and no response to me asking for money back I wish I had read these reviews before placing my order

No response to emails

I ordered a tracksuit on 30 12 2024 and whilst it may still arrive they are not answering any of my emails so getting concerned Update No parcel has arrived Carrier has confirmed they raised a pre alert with them to obtain a tracking number but they never received a parcel They do not answer emails Do not order from this company or any variation of the name SCAM

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SO-CALLED COMPANY I should have known better but I took a chance and ordered a dress from them Surprisingly it actually arrived in two weeks BUT IS WAS SEWN INSIDE OUT This was a two layer dress so you couldn t just turn it right side out Believe me I tried I sent them a ton pictures and they said it was supposed to be that way and that they would never sew anything wrong Ok so the labels and seams should face out They are a scam They would not let me exchange it and offered me 50 off my next order NOPE NEVER AGAIN
