Chit Chats handed off to Intelcom who lost it

Chit Chats handed off an eBay purchase to Intelcom Intelcom provided a photo proving Intelcom delivered to the wrong address Intelcom failed to attempt to fix the problem then days later claimed they could do nothing because they could not find the shipping number They were worse than useless Chit Chats would only tell me to contact the seller They did not offer to follow up with their chosen subcontractor Intelcom I my opinion using Chit Chats is risky and using Intelcom should not be considered

Chit chat tracking is ridiculous And pathetic had item from ebay shipped by this non existence of a company that is totally unproffesional item been with them a week and nothing ever updated worse company ever good name though for a courier many people will be having chit chat to say how rubbish you are this company is disgraceful and nothing gets updated

No respect for existing clients

Just found out that they are offering lower rates to new clients and sneakily charging more to loyal long term customers I had been fed up of their service anyway but this was the final nail in the coffin Switching service providers now never again

High risk method of shipping

For a shipper this might look like a viable option But it s high risk As a receiver multiple times I ve found chitchat packages on the floor or on a chair in our lobby Or if we are in they drivers say yes when asked if they re bringing it up but they lie When they don t show up we have to go down and retrieve it from the lobby As a shipper I would be very nervous using these irresponsible liars

Slow

I ordered through Etsy It is now two weeks since they received the item The USPS has it now November 25 to December 2 there was no movement and no updates The gift sat for a whole week going no where Granted Thanksgiving wad one of those days but a whole week no one movement

I ordered products from a company that uses ChitChats delivery service in Toronto ON Canada and had a very negative experience Their customer service and tracking is extremely limited - it s impossible to get in touch with anyone who could help track my package or address the issues I was facing ChitChats marked my package as attempted delivery multiple times when in reality no one had come to my address This caused a significant delay - about a week later than expected If you re considering using ChitChats I would strongly caution against it based on my experience Make sure to build in extra time for your delivery as the false attempted delivery notifications seem to be a common problem Overall the lack of reliable service and poor customer support make ChitChats a delivery provider I would avoid in the future

Awful service

One of the worst couriers I ve never heard of them before and Etsy just shipped my Christmas gift for a family member through them Two weeks I ve been tracking the package with bizarre status and no indication of a location I then saw a status change to mis-sort showing they took my package to a different city to deliver Calling them was useless Sent an email and still waiting for a response Awful Irresponsible
