Unfortunately I couldn t give a zero star worst crap ever it s a con I hope the con artist get what s there worth I ordered pants and I received crap that was falling apart in the wrong size and color I never could get audience with anyone despite the numerous attempts Very mad

Appalling
Chloe s customer service leaves much to be desired I ve emailed them twice on two different occasions and they have never got back to me even though their automatic response states that they aim to respond within 24 hours They are also very rude when you speak to them via online chat I would recommend that you spend your money elsewhere This is a real shame as do like their products designs

Poor quality product
I bought a pair of shoes After wearing them for 20 minutes to walk to work I had gaping cuts on the back of my ankle I sent pictures showing this to Chloe customer service The shoes were so unbearable that I had go get mules immediately They showed no concern and simply sent me a generic message back Also note I have never had this happen with any shoe The leather was so stiff and rigid I believe that is was caused the issue They showed no concern Chloe customer service does not care about the quality of their product Beware This was the response We have receive an update from our corporate team regarding your request to return your See by Chlo Glyn Espadrilles Kindly note they have advise this is not a quality issue with the shoes and unfortunately we are not able to allow a return for the shoes

Poor quality bag
Received a Chloe bag as a gift in January 22 and have used the bag on 4 occasions The front cover of the bag have 2 major leather crease marks lines just from opening the bag as the small bag as an extremely strong magnetic closure attached to it Called and email Chloe but they will not have a look at the bag or repair it even though still under warranty less than 7 months at the point of contact as it was bought from Liberty Extremely disappointing as I was a loyal Chloe fan as they do have nice classic pieces

One star because there is no zero-star option Non-existent after-sales A very helpful lady at the London boutique tried her best to resolve my issue but centralised customer care got involved and I was told they cannot help fullstop I was looking to purchase new nose-pads for a pair of sunglasses as original nosepads are inscripted with the brand-name I understand they may not have any currently however being a luxury brand shouldn t they try to order some and serve their clientelle What happened to after-sales care My advice don t waste your funds with their products there are plenty of lovely luxury brands out there with sturdier products who also know how to care about their customers

I ordered 3 weeks ago and did get the cheap crap yesterday The tee shirt is shiny silky garbage not tee shirt material at all The beautiful hummingbird that was supposed to be on the shirt looks like someone just blasted it with a paintball and no tags on it so you don t know what it is made of but definitely flammable I felt like I d made a mistake ordering so I began texting immediately after I place the order to cancel it Kept getting emailed back by Robert who said to be patient

Undelivered shipment and further delay in shipping of 12 days
I ordered sunglasses on 24 th May and mail received shipment delivered on 27 th may but no shipment received till date but Chloe mailed shipment delivered on 27 th may Umpteen mails to Chlo but no response Kindly refund my money On 3 rd June mail from Chlo that they have shipped the sunglasses on 3 rd June why no information was given to the client for 12 days since the order was placed and I was extremely concerned about the delivery why should the customer be forced to buy Chlo sunglasses after 12 days The order needs to be cancelled at your end Chlo and refund the amount immediately

Definitely a scam I too got suckered in by the Facebook ads saying it was an artist going out of business because of Covid The photos in the ad are of beautiful high quality clothing I felt like such a fool when I opened my package of very very cheap imitations The fabric is so cheap unhemmed unfinished edges much smaller than they should be Please DO NOT FALL INTO THIS TRAP DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE

Absolute garbage BEWARE
Got lured into this via a Facebook ad My bad Order took forever to arrive as it came from Hong Kong I actually disputed the charge with my credit card company prior to receiving the order because I did not recognize who had billed me Unfortunately the order arrived and it is absolute garbage Horribly misleading advertising I too have been communicating with Robert who definitely has some difficulty forming cohesive sentences I ve emailed twice and got the same message as someone else mentioned would I consider giving this garbage to family or friends etc Not a word about a refund although I ve made it clear I expect one BEWARE
