I wish I could give zero stars for my experience with Chloethelabel I placed my order on December 28th and by January 11th I hadn t received any updates so I asked for tracking information and was completely ignored After sending a follow-up message on January 17th I was told that the fabric shop was closed and that my order would be shipped out with next-day delivery By February 15th I was still waiting for my order I reached out again and was ignored only to receive a delayed response saying it was on its way but it never arrived To make matters worse I noticed my comments about this issue were deleted from her public posts preventing others from seeing my concerns She did offer me a freebie as an apology for the terrible service promising to follow up but she never did I chased her again about my order and once more I was told it was due for delivery which unsurprisingly it never was Now it s been three months since I placed my order As a fellow business owner I find her blatant dishonesty and lack of communication deeply disappointing Chloethelabel s service is completely unauthentic and I cannot recommend this business based on my experience

I got not one but two dresses and I can t thank Chloe the label enough not only is she amazing at what she does but she went above and beyond as I ordered the wrong size and she came back and delivered another dress free of charge to my door she is truly a angel great Quality dresses I got lots of compliments on my dress and I danced for 12 hours in a white dress and it still looked the part after the races and clubs

Ordered an outfit from Chloe the Label back in December I was a bit last minute so did ask if I d be able to have it within the week as I was going away the following Friday My outfit arrived right on time it was so beautiful Would 100 recommend ordering from her

Confused to why all the reviews on here are awful Everytime I ve ordered from Chloe it s been 5 service Last year I ordered an outfit for my holiday proper last minute and Chloe had made it for me and delivered it herself to my house in the space of 3 days The most unreal handmade clothes and the best quality wouldn t go anywhere else

Can t thank Chloe enough Has always gone above and beyond to make sure my orders arrived on time even going out her way to deliver to me on Boxing Day when it was such a busy time Every order I have placed has came better than I expected the quality and designs are everything Always my go to for the most gorgeous outfits
