Don t trust them to complete your order

I ordered chocolates well in advance of my friends BD then waited days while nothing happened I finally was able to reach a rep via their chat and she offered no excuse or resolution obviously it was going ti be late so I cancelled the order This was my first and last order from chocolate com

I had the same experience as others I placed an order on November 20th for a Christmas present that I needed by December 20th I still have no tracking or response on tracking Do not order from here

DISAPPOINTED BECAUSE THEY WERE STALE

We received the gems sampler and they were left over from Christmas and most were hard dried out and STALE The chocolate almonds had a nasty chemical flavor YUCK
