An absolute joke of a company

Spoke to a lady on the phone about booking online she was rude and dismissive until we were discussing payment of course When I went in to collect the car the man at the desk was sat watching something on his phone he looked up at me as if I had interrupted him He was rude and unhelpful rolling his eyes when I asked if my mum could do the payment over the phone Yes their hire is cheap but it obvious why When I dropped the car off they didn t hesitate to be straight out to me to take the keys off me and do the vehicle checks didn t ask me to sign anything but I later got the review form and it said customer wasn t present for a signature

Make the right CHOICE and go elsewhere

An absolute joke of a company Booked a 9 seater for a family holiday over a month before we were due to go On the day of collection the day before our holiday the vehicle had a warning light on They said it had been checked and it s just a sensor I was not happy about taking it with a flashing warning light as I had 8 other family members in the car including 3 babies They said there was nothing they could do and just gave me my money back Would NEVER go back to this company EVER They left us with no car 24 hours before our holiday and didn t give a damn

Do not waste money The company doesn t offer insurance We were charged 350 for a little scratch I would never use this company ever again

It s just a horror not a company We returned the van undamaged After three hours they started calling us and saying that the van was broken 800 of credit was taken from our bank account without any of our consent Plus 200 deposit We tried to resolve this issue through the firm BVRLA But everything is agreed there We were not given surveillance video We re not English so it s hard to try to sort things out It is very unfortunate that there are such scammers in this beautiful country I advise you to contact another company and take photos and videos before and after you rented a van or a car
