Deceiving checkout price
At checkout the price was displayed with tax which I intended to pay using Paypal credit after 4 months a minimum of 99 Following confirmation of payment method the tax suddenly disappeared from the checkout price which brought the amount below the minimum 4 month no interest Paypal credit payment which means that I now need to make the payment by the end of December I raised a request for cancellation and a refund and was met with a rude response and hardly any explanation as to why this happened I requested a complaint to be raised and didn t hear back from them Avoid at all cost These people know nothing about customer support

Rocktones 1 for Line6 hd500x
I recently bought the rock 1 patches for hx500 It is clear that these were made with little attention For example Double noise gates too high noise settings delays that are strongly exaggerated The sound is absolutely not comparable to the promotional film on the website The settings are not realistic I had to adjust them myself to be able to use them I know that settings can differ per guitar and user but these are really unusable I have my output settings on studio direct and play via frfr speaker Conclusion these patches are not worth buying There are better free settings to be found I had confidence in shoptones but am very dissatisfied and feel cheated

My experience has not been good
My experience has not been good quite bad I bought the strato pack which was supposed to be 3 presets with 4 scenes each Well nothing to do with it I received 12 independent presets after complaining they had not the slightest intention of solving the problem nor was the price correct it stated a cost of 20 00 and when you pay it comes out to 24 00 which in my case I have thrown away

Far from real even with a FRFR
I recently bought a set of pf wall for Boss GX100 They have nothing to do with the sounds you hear in demo Very far from reality I only use a GX100 connected to a Headrush FRFR without any other sound interference so I cant blame on the equipment I use Dissapointing
