I will never order from Christ de again

I am very disappointed of the condition of my order The delivered watch - Casio G-SHOCK GRAVITYMASTER GPW-2000-1A2ER - is no longer in new unused condition because - Delivered without the original and luxury watch boxes of the GRAVITYMASTER GPW-2000 - Delivered in a G-SHOCK box and can of the GBA-800-9AER - All protective films have been removed from sapphire glass band keeper and buckle - The tag is damaged TERRIBLE I will never order from Christ de again P S I ve contacted Christ via email on the 2nd of August 2020 still no reaction on the 4th of September 2020 They ignore every customer with complaints

The worst online shop i ordered a watch and they wrote me that the watch is no longer available but they wouldn t send the money back the worst is that they claimed that they have sent the watch It takes weeks to reply an email The necklace I bought for my wife spoilt he first day that she wore it i would never buy from this shop again

The worst online shop ever I ordered a watch in December 2020 but It did not arrive because DHL could not find my address Funny enough I have been staying at the same place for 1 year and ordered many amazon products and they arrive but their watch could not arrive I called them the customer support agent was rude and said I will get the refund It has been already 2 months and I havent received it They do not even reply to my email anymore

Poor service of online shop

Christ might be a shop for In-Store Shopping but is completely useless as online shop I ordered an expensive bracelet that should have been sent from one Christ location to the other for pick-up within 2-4 days but after over a week of waiting and chasing customer service I have still not heard anything about the whereabouts of my bracelet Their e-Commerce offering is clearly from the last Century and I would recommend anyone who needs Christ products within a certain timeframe eg for birthdays or Christmas to shy away from their online shop Very poor service

CHRIST BAD KREUZNACH So I bought an engagement ring at this location and my initial experience was actually pleasant and the lady that sold me the ring was nice and also helpful I was told if the ring doesn t fit to come back and they ll replace it or resize it all good here too I buy the ring it doesn t fit we go back to find a ring that fits and this is where this team s minus the lady that sold me the ring absolute lack of customer service empathy or helpfulness comes in We get the ring replaced and are told the ring will be delivered in TWO BUSINESS DAYS after SEVEN BUSINESS DAYS we still don t have a ring no one knows or cares to help us figure out why Finally after almost TWO WEEKS I call and the ring has been there for a couple days and know one thought to inform me LOL So today after a couple of months we go back to inquire about possibly making some sizing changes to said ring and to purchase something else We aren t given concrete info as to what s possible as far as the ring goes The ASSISTANT MANAGER literally doesn t want to help us leaves us standing alone and tells us to go the Store Manager because we bought the ring from her and she can do a better job No I did not buy the ring from her And what s absolutely remarkable The Store Manager s customer experience is just as bad as almost her entire team I shouldn t be surprised though because a team is only as strong as its weakest link and if management is awful how can one blame the staff for being equally bad This Team just doesn t care about offering an experience I can t even say all they care about is the sale because they don t care about that either LOL THEY JUST DON T CARE I will definitely not be back to this location and if for some crazy reason I need to go to Christ I ll check out Koblenz who have a much younger and more energetic team or maybe Mainz Lastly after reading other ONE STAR reviews I ve noticed these customers being asked to call the store to discuss the issue What good does that do when the store manager s and assistant manager s customer service is TERRIBLE So Team Christ please don t ask me to calL anywhere unless it s your boss or your corporate office- who I m hoping read this too

Really bad

Really bad I bought a Gold necklace 6 month ago and it s already broke 2 times yes gold necklace 6 month They say I am now 3 days too late for this free-kost repair service so I must pay 15 euro for repair But actually last time when I wasn t expired yet I also paid because nobody told me that policy I can t believe it So anyways really poor quality and bad service

Pathetic service

Such a pathetic service Never experienced something like this in the near past I wanted to cancel an order I placed five minutes before The package is not yet sent There is no option to do this in their website Write them or call them no response I waited twice more than 10 minutes over telephone They disconnect me without a warning They say you can leave a voice message after pressing 0 Well no chance nothing happens after pressing 0 I think their juwellery are good but their service is unacceptably pathetic

Ruined my wedding ring and blamed me

Ruined my wedding ring and tried to blame me for it We bought a pair of wedding bands from Christ 2 5 years ago After giving birth needed to get the ring resized Took it to Christ in Manor Winterthur First they quote CHF 200 to resize it Then they call me and say oh actually it is CHF 320 When we get the ring back we notice that the special pattern which was previously on there has been completely wiped clean and the ring is now totally smooth The branch manager came and was not only unapologetic but blamed us for their mistake and said that we should have made them aware of the design like they and their goldsmith don t have eyes Really saddened and disappointed If you don t care about providing good service and resolving mistakes made on a wedding ring then what do you care about Horrible
