Never left a poor review for a company but
Never left a poor review for a company before but unfortunately people need warning They have little respect for distance selling regulations Goods arrived poorly packed and damaged They accepted that it should be returned and a replacement sent They agreed to pay for second class return postage The postmaster advised me that second class was not available because of the size and I returned by the cheapest method at 12 12 After more than a month A refund must be made as quickly as possible within the maximum of 14 days and several emails that they never replied to I finally got my item refunded but not the return postage You re entitled to a refund of the total amount you paid including costs to ship the item to you and the fee to return the item If I finally receive the postage that they owe me I shall edit this review to let you know Needless to say I would not recommend them

They sent the wrong product
Ordered turquoise baubles on 26 Oct They sent gold ones I emailed them on 2 Nov to point out their error and 5 days later here I am still waiting to get a response Avoid this company at all costs

Ordered baubles on the 30th nov
Ordered baubles on the 30th nov still havent arrived emailed them with no response emailed again and oh emailed wont go through would definately NOT recommend this company as it seems like they like to rip people off and take there money NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER
