Excellent customer service didn t have

I ordered another ornament before this one It was wrapped carefully in bubblewrap with heavy packing tape in 2 layers This was a fragile glass piece from Egypt I kept cutting and pulling and finally the orn popped out of the wrap and fell on the floor Customer service called back I had explained that the tape was overkill and way too tough That belongs outside not around the ornament I said that I wanted to pay for another one since I broke the piece but I didn t think it should have such heavy tape around the wrap CS encouraged me to order another and gave me a discount Second one arrived and it had a gift box bubblewrap inside with one piece of light tape holding the wrap Arrived in perfect shape Thank you for the gift box I had mentioned this was a gift and it was protected without being hard to open Thank you again Caroline

Everything was great except the flami go ornament All the small lights were broken off I will be contacting you in a few ddd as us to arrange return I am currently away on business so I have been unable to reach out to you
