Destroyed brand new watch that just needed have aligned
I bought a brand new Junghans watch from First Class Watch and after wearing it only three times I noticed a issues with misaligned hands Since I was just one day past the return window First Class Watch said they could only send it to a certified service center They forwarded the watch to ChronTime and let me be clear it was in perfect condition worn just three times with the case back still covered by a protective film When the watch was returned from ChronTime both the dial and case back were severely damaged and the leather strap was also affected They somehow managed to scratch the dial in four places and left strange circular marks on the case back it looked like they tried to unscrew the case back even though it doesn t unscrew clearly inexperienced service center If you want your watch ruined send it here otherwise I d recommend finding a more reputable service center Thanks for destroying my 2500 watch ChronTime

Avoid this circus act
Three times this company have had my watch back for a repair three times it s had to go back to them because they have messed it up It was a 3 day old brand new purchase and 1st time it went for a new movement and came back with a scratch under the sapphire glass Went back again and came back and gained 20 seconds in under 6 hours oris states the aquis cal 400 is -3 5 seconds a day and had debris under the display case Went back again and has now come back covered in deep scratches and black marks It looks like it s been thrown down the road What a joke this company is I was promised after a call to their manager that this would be sorted the second time they received it and she was speechless with the service I ve received Never again would I deal with this circus act and I urge anyone thinking of sending their watch in for a repair or a service to find someone more competent Oris couldn t care less and neither could chrontime uk service centre as they think it s ok to completely ruin a brand new 3000 watch
