Worst company ever Odido made me have this insurance for extra service but it s literally the worst company I have ever have my insurance with I literally have been on hold for two hours and they haven t been helpful at all I will NOT recommend Chubb for your insurance cause they will not take your problem seriously

Chubb insurance scammed me out of 179 euros warning to other people customer service tells nothing but liesI see there s a lot of people like me who were scammed by Chubb insurance I do general public see this before they loose their money

Our flight on Aeromexico was cancelled and we had to stay extra nights in our hotel and lost our connecting flights After receiving the claims information the paper work required is exhausting and not customer service to assist I called and was told to call another number and then I emailed and was given the wrong number to call DONT DO IT

Can t get a quote over phone to change

Can t get a quote over phone to change my policy just a fawning lady who made me more and more annoyed as everything was a sympathetic I can t do that I m not authorized to do that every 10 seconds You have staff dedicated to this but you can never get hold of them and they never return your call

Chubb has worst service I have ever experienced

I have called customer numerous times regarding a claim The adjuster will not return my call after weeks of leaving messages I have even called the claim adjuster s supervisor and left messages with her and have not been called back I would never do business with Chubb under any circumstances if this is how they treat customers

They re lying had to contact them many times to get a doctor appointment no answer until the next day or at all And after sending the expenses form to them they had up to one month to send me the money but they didn t so I gave them one more week and then called them the guy told me that they ve already sent it what is not a true Then I spoke with other woman because I wanted a confirmation from them so after 2 hours I received an email where was said that IT WILL BE SENT And there are much more things

Bought a travel insurance via TAP AIR while booking a travel I am now trying to cancel my purchase within the 14 days cancellation period but this is proving impossible The contact number provided in Chubb s information material isn t valid and there s no response to the emails I ve tried to send Further more the original travel insurance confirmation ended up in my spam filter because the file format used in their mail looked like spam to my Google-account This is dodgy business practice to say the least I strongly recommend not using Chubb

Impossible to stop insurance no reply

Impossible to get anyone on the phone waited 2 hours TWICE no reaction to any of their email addresses waited more than a week reply time should be 2 days by their account Online there is no information on how to stop the insurance policy no buttons or way to contact them or a method described in the often asked questions It is thus impossible to stop your insurance

I think this is a scam operation They entice you with bold promises but when you go through the fine print they only pay in the narrowest of circumstances They do everything they can to slow down the process and finally deny any claims Meanwhile they are collecting payments each month They do these collections via a bank or credit union who really know nothing about these policies and is likely complicit in the scam
