Rodent Problem

I went to Chuck E Cheese with my daughter she was playing in the playplace until she came up to me and told me her stomach hurt after we went to go to the washrooms when a GIGANTIC disgusting rat appeared infront of us He was wearing a Chuck E Cheese shirt I don t know who s idea it was to make the mascot a dirty rat but it s disgusting My daughter started crying and crying from how scared she was after we went home she threw up this just shows how dirty and nasty the playplace is and you should clean it she also found a used tampon and ate it she got E Coli after and I m very upset please shut down this Disgusting rat infected place

Disgraceful customer service

Brought my children to Chuck E Cheese and tried to buy a beer After dropping 100 to get in the door they wouldn t sell me the beer because I didn t have ID on me I m 44 years old have grey hair a 10 year old child etc I spoke to the manager and she still wouldn t use any critical thinking to address our disagreement Complete disgrace When asked if I look 17 years old the manger was incapable of answering the question Completely disgraceful Terrible service and CEC should be embarrassed for treating paying customers this way Take your business elsewhere

My son went missing

I took my son jeremy here for his 8th birthday party later on i saw him with a man in a yellow rabbit costume that was the last time i saw him also theres red stuff leaking out of the animatronics and they smell weird almost like theres a dead child inside maybe you guys should look inside them
