Server issues
I purchased a server from this provider and after 2 months of operation I encountered numerous issues with it Every time I had to contact support to resolve the problem or restart the server myself The issue is that if you have customers and the server isn t working you re simply at a disadvantage As a result I had to cancel the server I hope others have better luck than I did my luck lasted only 2 months

They have network problems and the server network disappears and they are not responsible for repairing it They will respond after a week and fix it if they are interested otherwise they will ignore it and not respond

Great support pricing fine decent quality
We have had an amazing dedicated server rented from Chunkserve for the last few months A few issues arised about network problems but they were resolved professionally and quickly Nice people

Great product listening to customers
They have recently expanded to providing VPS hosting in Amsterdam NL and are offering very competitive products there As expected when rolling out a new service which I was aware of before ordering it initially felt a bit unpolished with a few short networking blips along the way but they have truly been working hard to improve reliability dot the i s and cross the t s and avoided the temptation of expanding too quickly Now they have a well-rounded offering that I am very happy with
