These people don t get back to you if you have questions They charged me 3 different types of Rush and Emergency fees and charged my account without permission and no one sends an invoice with the correct amounts avoid at all cost

Unfathomable system and unhelpful staff
Tried to help a friend to submit her multiple visa applications She couldn t get past the payment point and CIBT staff kept on blaming her for the issue I ve worked in digital including user interface design for 30 years and I couldn t get it to work Each time I went to pay the system charged 0 00 rather than the correct amount Again CIBT staff told me it was my error despite its system s inability to charge the requisite amount The staff seem to have no customer focus at all all they did was constantly tell me their system was correct despite it being exceedingly obvious that it wasn t In the end we gave up and successfully applied for the certificates direct from the countries concerned all of which was very easy by comparison to CIBT s useless service and attitude

Absolutely disgraceful service
I can say that I received the most disgraceful and worst service I have ever seen in my life from this company Absolutely disgraceful service They got my visa date wrong and couldn t change it afterward All my preparations for that day were canceled Their response to emails is absolutely deplorable employees don t care Please read this and do not experience the situation I experienced and do not receive any service from them Please

No communication and lost passports
Submitted a Saudi visa for the director of my company - 8 working days in advance processing time is 72 hours CIBT then followed up asking for 2 more documents and a change to a submitted document The information requested was not included in the visa pack nor mentioned in any of the documentation Traveller attended the interview and visa was granted the next day the Tuesday CIBT then told me the passport wouldn t be collected until Friday as the travel date was on the Sunday I chased and requested multiple times for information but it was confirmed the the passport would be collected on Friday Friday arrives with additional confirmation of pick up that day then at 2pm CIBT informed me they wouldn t be collecting the passport that day and gave no explanation as to why This meant the whole trip had to be cancelled Monday arrives an CIBT then informs me they have lost the passport and it has been picked up by a stranger and now won t look into the issue for another 24 hours Do not use

CIBT should be avoided
CIBT should be avoided plus all the 5 star reviews were written by company employees This company is totally operated by China - you will not get back any refund if they don t deliver your visa on time or ever They are a black box - money goes in but visas may or may not come back You re dealing with a CCP-owned company which wants to stick it to you

Dreadful company
Dreadful company Needed 4 visas for cruise Paid 900 for two people One visa never came so missed Saudi Arabia port Benin and Kenya visa eventually arrived Made over 20 phone calls and 40 emails Depending on who we spoke to different promises which never came

Money deducted from credit card without my authorisation
I started to apply for a visa 6 months ago but decided not to bother finishing the application process now 6 months later 174 has been taken from my credit card without reason Needless to say that I ll be chasing them for my money back and confirmation that they have deleted my card details Also bear in mind that their number is an 0844 number which is a premium rate number which generates additional revenue for them Bad bad bad Absolutely outrageous

To avoid stress do not use this company
Applied for visas for Tanzania in December they eventually arrived after much chasing multiple phone calls to misnamed Titan Help Desk on 23th January when we were due to travel on 24th Staff uncaring and unhelpful promised to get back to me several times but never did When they did arrive visas had been granted by Embassy on 12th January 11 days before CIBT forwarded them to me If you want to avoid stress do not use this company
