I purchased Cigna in the past luckily I didnt have to use it This time Im travelling to USA again and I needed a policy A gentleman named Josh Fitzgerald has been extremely helpful He walked me through the entire process and was extremely friendly patient and accommodating Entire thing was done in less than 30 minutes and I highly recommend calling Cigna and asking for Josh You can browse their packages online and decide before calling or you can just call them request a call and they will explain everything I highly recommend buying both inpatient and outpatient for USA Hopefully I won t have to use it ever but it is a great peace of mind Also their insurance is widely accepted in the USA hence why I decided to use them and not one of the local insurance agencies in my country
