Buying a car online for the first time was a fairly daunting experience as it is very different to my previous car purchases so I was a bit nervous but I needn t have been Cinch were very transparent with the condition of the car and when it arrived there was no unwanted surprises The car is great and buying it was simple and uncomplicated Refreshing in many ways not to have to go through the haggling and back and forth you tend to experience in the second hand car market Would definitely do it again I was able to pay using multiple credit cards also which was very helpful for how we wanted to finance the purchase

Really easy buying experience The car was as described in the advert I was kept updated throughout with the progress of the car When it came to delivery I was again kept updated and met at the drop off point as arranged The delivery driver Tim from Washington was very knowledgeable about the car and spent time with me ensuring I was comfortable with everything before I left He even ensured a problem with a tyre was sorted before I met him which was very much appreciated Overall a really good experience
