Absolutely useless - do not purchase from here
I ve been waiting for weeks for an item I ordered I checked the tracking and it said the item had been blocked customers as Cinelle had not included the correct postal paperwork And this is a company that ships worldwide so surely they should know this I emailed them to ask for a replacement or refund and was completely ignored so I messaged them via messenger They read my messages and then just completely ignored me there too Please don t waste your money with this company

I ordered an off the shoulder striped top from the website paying over the odds for delivery but I wanted it so I paid On receiving the top it was not what I ordered but a bog standard round neck tee shirt I emailed to explain and request a refund only to be told that I was in the wrong I have since sent two more emails inserting photos as proof they have not responded
