Great experience with Ben in sales Michael the engineer and Gavin our project manager who has set up all our phones up for us before Michael came to install Michael was very friendly and helpful he was here on time at 8 30 in the morning and has spent a lot of time installing our new phone system with in-depth training for our staff we feel very confident in our new phone system - Michael has even took out a lot of old cabling from over 20 years ago which our previous provider left our cabinet is now looking very neat and tidy Thank you to all at Circle Cloud would definitely recommend

Mike done a great service setting up our internet and making sure all our computers were connected to the printer He made sure all is working and we thank him very much for going above and beyond for us Also James did a great job setting up our telephones and making sure the apps on the phones was working and up and running to use right away He has also set up our answering message just the way we like it Excellent service would recommend them both for anyone great asset to circle team

Installation has been trouble free We have been updated all the way through the process When installed our engineer James was very helpful and a delight to have in the office Very neat and efficient job

George Owens has helped me through getting our telephone system back up and running He has been very helpful friendly and professional in contacting your technical team It took a couple of days but this was not down to George He communicated with Openreach on our behalf and the problem was solved the 2nd day Daniel from Openreach also also very friendly professional and knowledgeable as to what was necessary and the job was carried out successfully
