I am very happy that this company exists Over the 4th weekend I ve needed a Zpac for a sinus infection They were there for me Within a couple of hours my hubby picked up the prescription from these tele-docs Thank you Circle Medical

Great first experience excellent service

Great first experience Adam was on time very caring asked insightful questions and was totally transparent about what he could and couldn t prescribe and or treat in a virtual environment I did take the time to look up reviews for several of their medical personnel prior to making an appointment I selected Adam based on those reviews and I would recommend that anyone looking for a new physician do the same If you re using the service just for a one off or backup appointment I think any of the staff would be fine I was looking for a long term primary care physician so I did some research ahead of time My copay was extremely reasonable but obviously that will depend on individual insurance plans I ve used a few virtual medical services and this was the smoothest experience to date Highly recommended

Their booking flow is very intuitive and easy to use and the app is great I was able to book my first appointment only a few days out My provider clearly cares a lot and wants the best for their patients 10 10

Dr Osinusi was very helpful patient and informative She asked lots of questions and let me give a full explanation of what I have been experiencing She explained the process and next steps clearly

Super Simple Super Easy Super Great Staff

I was really happy to get to talk with Kellie today She brought some great new ideas to the table and things were a really great back and forth conversation She was so easy to talk to and I felt understood I m hoping I can continue to see her because she s a freaking rockstar The text reminders were a great help and the app was super easy to use as well The only hiccup I had was trying to upload my insurance cards initially through the web browser I had to download the app to add the photos and even then it made me take the photos instead of allowing me to upload them from my phone Other than that things were great

I have had two appointments with two different doctors and both were great I was going to just see my primary from Circle but she wasn t available until later and I needed my meds refilled So I booked an appointment with another doctor and she was terrific She refilled my meds ordered my labs and ask all the pertinent questions and answered my questions I love that I don t have to leave my house to see a doctor and to be honest the two doctors on Circle have been better to me than my last doctor that I had to drive to and be on his schedule Now I can book my appointments online and in my own time Thank You doctors for being so terrific
