Horrible service and honesty
Horrible service and honesty don t purchase anything from them they sent me a used scooter and didn t want to resend another one and no response for a week despite lots of emails and requests I would give them zero if there was a choice

Bad customer service Broken on the first day and NO FREE RETURN
The scooter I received was broken on the first day under normal use I spent an entire week emailing back and forth with their support and they finally sent me a return label I sent it back immediately and while their warehouse received it they stopped replying to my emails After waiting for 7 days I called customer service They promised to get back to me in 24 hours but didn t I called again and this time they said it would take up to 72 hours I then requested a refund only to be told I d be charged a 20-30 restocking fee which wasn t mentioned in their emails or on their website under the 30-day faulty item return policy When I tried to discuss the restocking fee I was informed that I d need to contact a different department via email as refunds and returns aren t handled by customer service DO NOT BUY if you expect fair customer service or free returns replacements

They sent me a used scooter that doesn t work
They sent me a used scooter that worked for 2 days I paid for a new scooter it has been 12 days since I contacted them in regards to the scooter no longer turning on and I ve received 3 emails back and they don t seem to want to send me a new scooter I received it 2 weeks ago when I took it out of the box the throttle was broken I contacted them immediately they said they had sent me a new throttle I haven t received anything I m beginning to get very frustrated I spent almost 1 500 on a NEW scooter and I received a broken used one

The affiliate program for circooter com is very poor I am an advertiser for this affiliate program It has been over 60 days well past the commission payment deadline and I still haven t received any payment I have sent numerous emails to the brand but there has been no response This is an inhumane program we generate revenue for them yet they do not pay us the commissions we earned This brand lacks business ethics
