Citroen a brand you can trust
This is now my second car of the year and over the past four year s i ve had over four cars and i can safely say the Citroen is the nicest car i ve ever purchased Its so smooth to drive and easy to get the hang of it Normally it takes me a good few days to get the hang of a car but it didn t take me long at all for me to get used to driving the Citroen I d quite happily recommend anyone who likes driving a smooth car best buy of 2013 Best car i ve ever drove

Top service locally and with Citroen UK
Despite some relatively minor faults with my Citroen cars just outside of their warranty period Citroen fixed them for free probably at a total of around 600 to them I have used a local family run Citroen dealership for my past 2 cars and I think my loyalty to them and their great customer service probably helped persuade Citroen to carry out the goodwill gestures So essentially I really rate Citroen and my local dealership however I suspect if I was dealing with a bigger chain I would have had to fight my own corner a lot more

Awful
Awful An oil leak in an 18 month old van So incredibly unhelpful didn t care just kept repeating will contact in 3 4 working days when needed immediate advise They actually hung up without giving any help Absolutely attrocious

Awful customer service
Their warranty isn t worth the paper it is written on I bought a van a few weeks ago which has now broken down They said I couldn t take it to them as they didn t have any space to look at it so I had to take it home Now they are saying there is a 3 week wait to get it looked at and they may not have the part anyway And no courtesy car so now I don t have a van for work

Customer Don t care Dept
Recently had a problem with my 17 plate Citroen Relay Engine blew up through a faulty part proven by the dealership Been waiting now 4 weeks for a reply form Customer care should be renamed customer don t care they appreciate everything and do nothing no return phone calls broken promises Absolute shambles and guess what they have no managers or complaints department 2-5 days response time maybe 2-5 months because we re rapidly running past the weeks

Waste of time
Travelled 1 hour to Citroen dealership with intention of purchasing a new Dispatch van They couldn t do the figures there and then so was going to contact e-mail me next day 1 week later nothing months on nothing Unbelievable waste of my time So I bought a new Ford Transit Custom instead although it seems they can t be bothered to sell there vans I feel reading the threads I ve had a lucky escape

Awful Customer Service Direct from Customer Service Complaints Department
So that you have a bit of background I purchased my DS3 brand new from DS3 the garage where I got it from closed down I have a deteriorating wet timing belt This is a known issue to Citreon There was a recall for this issue in 2021 but my car was not recalled I spoke to the closest Citreon Garage who was as helpful as they could be They said that as my car was less than 10 years old and had fewer than 110 000 miles on the clock I may be able to get this repaired under warranty Happy days I thought I thought wrong As I wanted to understand why my car wasn t recalled and other questions I was given the Citreon Customer Care number which I called and explained the situation in full The person I spoke to told me that unless I had had my car serviced with Citreon who would have stamped the paperwork They would need to have invoices from past services and if the garage did not use approved Citroen parts even down to what brand of oil was used then my warranty would be null and void Because I wanted to escalate this further to get a better understanding of what was required as it made no sense I was told I couldn t and then the phone was put down on me Great Customer Service NOT
