My biggest issue with the service is that the drivers car did not have seatbelts in the backseat On top of this it took 30mins for the driver to arrive The driver also smelt like sweat it was really unpleasant Also the seats of the car had weird plastic covers on them I would have refused the ride but I had been waiting so long and needed to get to my destination I felt extremely unsafe hurtling down the freeway at 120kmph with no seatbelt in the case of the accident it would have been a disaster I would never use this service ever again

I booked the service as it was new and received confirmation On the day my cash booking wasn t valid unless I paid online and they try to upgrade me and said I needed to pay more for a car since the original one wasn t valid I said I needed a car at 7 15pm 35m late so I had to cancel 6 days later no refund it s a scam I don t recommend They are responsive on WhatsApp but that s it Careem is more efficient and cost effective
