Couldn t not put on a review for this dealership I visited the VW in high Wycombe but was the Skoda Service Centre I made an appointment for a warning light absolutely outstanding was greeted with a friendly smile by Lorna more than happy to help offering a coffee and then introduced to Lee that had I had already spoken to that day to do everything to help to make sure I didn t have to leave and return then handed back by Sam who gave me the great news all done you can take the car away The whole department made the appointment as smooth and quick as possible and I was in and out well within 45 minutes outstanding for a service department Absolutely worth more than 5 stars thanks again guys

Replacing my car
I was looking to replace my car I spoke to Nikki who advised me on the best option tailored to my budget and specifications that I required Once ordered Nikki kept me up to date on the progress with the finance company even with an issue with the finance company Overall it was a pleasure dealing with them would definitely purchase an other car with them

Good experience with the VW Van Centre in High Wycombe As a walk in potential customer I was treated extremely well by Conor Not at all pushy Very helpful And regular but not annoying follow-up I d recommend him as a first port of call although they all seemed to be decent

Well worth the 9 hour round trip
Having seen the Octavia vRS at my local dealer I looked on line and saw the exact model I wanted Black estate at Citigate in Slough I assumed my local dealer would be able to give me a similar deal but no - they wanted 2K more as a cost to change Bought the car from Jamal who was helpful courteous and efficient throughout The hand over of the car from Rene was great Definitely worth the 9 hour round trip Would be happy to buy from them in future
