Great Experience

The whole experience with City Moves was a pleasant one At a very stressful and costly time their competitive pricing and great communication was a huge relief I felt my belongings were in safe hands and Byron Jesse worked tirelessly on the day to ensure everything was moved carefully and quickly and that upon arrival at my new home everything was placed where I needed it They went above and beyond even helping to manoeuvre furniture items into difficult spots so that I wasn t left to struggle alone Would definitely recommend and would use again without hesitation Thanks City Moves

Three wonderful guys and a big lorry

We used City Moves for a 2 day move from Surrey to Swansea From initial enquiry they were friendly informative and professional but not stuffy Over the 2 days of the move they were respectful of our furniture and house and more importantly that leaving the area was emotional Clive dealt with a tearful female very well They were insanely patient the next day while waiting for the final completion Cant recommend them enough and if we are stupid enough to want to move ever again there would be no other choice

Brilliant service

We used City Move to move us to our new home our distance to travel was not that far and they were able to load the van in one go and move us into our new home in a morning They were so accommodating as we had to move our original date set and this was no problem for them they were able to move us over a bank holiday also which was great The guys were brilliant so friendly efficient and professional they took the stress out of our final part of our house move Would highly recommend their service and would use them again hopefully this is our final house move though in life

What a team Cheerful competant careful and speedy The whole move was made less stressful by an efficient and helpful company who then returned to collect all the packing rather than leaving me to manage it s disposal

Great service by City Moves They carried out our move out of our old house then items in storage for around 12 months and then back out of storage to move in At all stages it was hassle free Great communication at all stages and the staff packing moving were great professional and cheery Wouldn t hesitate in using again and can completely recommend their moving services

Stress free moving day - fantastic company

I would highly recommend City Moves communication was excellent throughout I was concerned about 1 item of furniture but was reassured that it would be okay and it was The team of 3 arrived early in the distinctive pink van one of the reasons I chose this company Nothing was too much trouble all 3 were fantastic Very polite courteous and considerate throughout The day ran very smoothly and took them much less time than I anticipated Even had a follow up call a few weeks after the move to check that I was happy with everything Fantastic service would highly recommend

We had City Moves pack and move us and they were excellent From the first visit to figure out what was needed to the last pick up of used boxes the guys were very efficient and polite whilst being practical enough to tell you what would and wouldn t work Costs were made clear to me and I felt were very reasonable Would definitely recommend
