The worst experience ever
The worst experience ever my appointment was moved to another time without informing me The receptionist who turns to be the clinic manager instead of apologizing she was so rude raising up her voice and pointing her finger to me I even caught her taking about me to another patient The doctor was made aware of her behavior but he didn t even bother to reply This clinic is highly unrecommended booking system and customer service is crap

I had an accident with my front teeth and the team at City Smile in Hamilton were awesome I was seen and treated within an hour I was very impressed with their professionalism and friendliness Well done team The dental work outstanding
