I am very happy with the soundproofing to the two rooms The work was completed efficiently and the finished work is unobtrusive in appearance and effectively reduces the traffic noise to an acceptable background hum Would highly recommend

Better than I had expected great experience and result

City sounds were fantastic throughout the entire process The site survey was accurate and to the point and the engineer was fine with me changing my mind about what might make sense to have made until we settled on a sensible proposal Price was reasonable and the lead time to make the windows was very quick On the installation day the installation engineers were on time very hard working and took time out to explain how the secondary glazing worked and how it would reduce my condensation etc To be honest I was a little skeptical about the amount of condensation reduction I would achieve but I have gone from soaking wet single glazing every morning in the winter in the bathroom and on the landing to almost zero condensation The whole house feels a lot warmer generally and is no longer absolutely freezing in the morning while the heating comes on The changes the glazing has had on the comfort and hassle of dealing with single glazing has been incredible I can t recommend City Sounds enough The product looks very nice too
