Late payment and no communication
In common with others the service I have experienced from MyCSP has been dire My retirement date was 3 June and to date no lump sum has been paid and they have failed to pay my monthly payment too I just get told it is with the finalisation team but nobody can give me a date for when payments will be made You may want to seek out the Trust Pilot reviews for MyC and add your voice there too - they are one and the same organisation but appear in two places

None payment of pension
Applied for my pension in September 2023 for retirement in February 2024 After lies lies and more lies on lost paperwork and emails I was told in 3 separate phone calls my claim was processed and with the payment department I have recorded the calls as evidence Another 5 weeks have passed and still nothing Put in an official complaint yesterday and awaiting an update This department is totally inept and unfit for purpose

Simply atrocious service Apply 6 months in advance but dont expect any service whatsoever No lump sum or pension paid If it was a dwp customer who wasnt paid on time someone would have been sacked by now Senior management in dwp just shrug shoulders

Absolutely appalling set up
Absolutely appalling set up They should not be allowed to managed the hundreds of millions invested with them The customer service is probably the worst thing I ve encountered in my life Takes 30-40 minutes to get through speak to people who have no idea what they are talking about Pension portal is an absolute total failure of epic promotions Never get replies to emails and frankly I m utterly and completely shocked that this organisation has not been disbanded and started again It s absolutely shocking

Zero stars is to good for this dreadful
Zero stars is to good for this dreadful company Got locked out of the portal for no reason Kept hanging on for an hour passed security then passed to someone else who said without my membership number they could not help It s all on line how am I supposed to obtain that that s the whole point it s all online Was just abandoned by the guy who said he couldn t help me

Basically the incompetence verges on criminality How any of these people are still employed escapes me No response to contact no response to complaints no response at all How anyone can plan for retirement with this group of criminally incompetent oafs beggars belief

Absolute shambles and disgrace
Absolute shambles and disgrace Applied for my pension 7 months ahead of planned retirement date I have accepted their quotation and my pension should have commenced 18 July 2024We are now on the 29th August 2024 no payments no explanation cannot get through on phones and don t reply to emails How can these crooks get away with this Oh yes I know why because corruption and incompetence runs deep within government run organisations If they were a private company they would be hurled through the courts and probably have gone bust

If I could give them zero stars
If I could give them zero stars I would I ve no idea how anybody I ve dealt with in this appalling shower made it through their job interview The incompetence is breathtaking I ve been retired on health grounds and all they ve done is made me feel worse They don t answer emails ignore complaints respond to queries with utterly unrelated nonsense refuse to take into account my health conditions and keep emailing even although I keep asking them not to they ve no idea what to do with preserved pensions so insist on recalculating even although their own information booklets outline exactly what happens with a preserved pension They have done nothing but cause me despair and top me into very real depression All that I can do now is follow the complaints procedure I m shocked by how painful this has been so far and hate the very thought of the long winded process still in front of me yo get MY money

The service is in the MINUS
The service is appalling and does not serve the pension community Every experience I have had has been dreadful One waits and waits for a human response but it is all automated I sent an Urgent enquiry with follow ups and still waiting This used to be managed by civil servants in-house and was a much better service Now some agency is making millions from billions pound scheme and delivering nothing
