I bought a car from Clacton Car Sales when the car would not start one morning the RAC rescue service diagnosed a faulty alternator The RAC took the car to Clacton Car Sales for the alternator to be replaced the next day Clacton Car Sales told me the car repair had been completed when I picked up the car I was charged 150 00 and told the car had been repaired That day I drove 15 miles and the car broke down again the RAC attended again and said it was the same problem Clacton Car Sales just charged the battery The RAC took the car to an approved RAC garage who confirmed that the faulty alternator had not been replaced or repaired When I went back to Clacton Car Sales I was threatened and abused I m 72 years old
