Excellent service and products Ordered late on Wednesday night with standard delivery goods arrived Friday morning Part was missing the fault of the delivery service not cladding monkey I emailed on Friday afternoon and received a quick reply and apology promising to send them out ASAP However the originals arrived on Saturday morning with an apology from the delivery guy Can highly recommend this company

I placed a small order with this company the products were of the quality I was looking for at a good price On receipt of the order the main part of the order was damaged this was refused I contacted the company customer service department This is the reason for five stars customer service was excellent they went out of their way to make sure I received my order undamaged after the courier damaged a second delivery My problems were not caused by the company but the courier company but they sorted it with professionalism and humour No body likes problems but a good customer service team makes it a lot easier and this is one of the best

I have used cladding monkeys for my kitchen bathroom rental projects for several years now I very rarely take the time to write reviews but It is definitely a must on this occasion I literally cannot find cladding of this quality to anything close to the cost The fact you is there s always somebody who can do a job a little cheaper and a little worse DONT DO IT I LEARNED HAD WAY cheap cladding is a false economy Quality products low prices and the level of knowledge and customer care you get is unrivalled I initially found CM through google search as was looking for local supplier and sincerely can say I was lucky Nothing is ever to much for these guys keep up the good work tbh I cannot believe they don t have 100 5 reviews as I deal with lots of suppliers various materials but even the best do not get close to the level of customer service knowledge and icing on the cake is there a local company As I said I m no review writer but these guys truely deserve it MikeTeesside Solar Solutions Ltd
