this company is a scam- don t order from them after payment- no email or text to confirm order

AVOID - VERY DISAPPOINTED

We purchase a Gold Plated Big Hug ring in June for our daughters birthday who had been through a long period of bad health as it seemed very appropriate Within just 2 months at least half of the Gold Plate had come off so we contacted Claritas There returns policy is ONLY 30 days regardless of it being faulty After sending photo evidence they agreed to replace the ring We asked if we could have a Daisy Ring instead same value as we were not confident this wouldnt happen again After numerous emails from 11th August promises that never happened we today received a replacement ring- THE BIG HUG one we didnt want Every email I sent was always replied to and very polite but has ended up with more disappointment waste of both ours and Claritas money We were told it was dispatched new tracking system order lost in the warehouse etc

SCAM

SCAM Do not order from this company I ordered 3 hug rings but due to a change in circumstances emailed to cancel the order I received an email back saying the order had already been despatched despite having received no despatch notification but to return on receipt for a full refund 4weeks later I received the order and emailed to return the items but despite numerous emails asking for details of how and where to return have received no response

AVOID- More Empty Promises

Two days after my below review I had a very nice apologetic email stating they would send the correct ring Nearly a month later still waiting Yet ANOTHER empty promise and more disappointment Sent the same below review direct to their website Its vetted by a third party and hasnt appeared Only 5 star reviews on there Wonder where the other reviews are probably with our ring DO NOT TRUST this company

Poor quality description and photos are not match

I ordered the hug ring based on their website photo and description but received low quality light weight and photos didn t match I contacted with their customer service but didn t do anything Disappointed will not recommend anyone to buy their poor quality product

Wish I had read these before I ordered It s been 11 days still no ring I ordered It s sitting 32 minutes from the city ot needs to be delivered to for 2 days and no one at the company will respond to my emails They lied and told me ot shipped when it sat for 3 days before I checked on it the first time Don t waste your energy with this company Once they have your money you get no more customer service Sad
