Shaun came to my house to quote me for tiling my living room and dining room extension He brought his kit with him and warned me about the uneven flooring levels due to the open plan extension He gave me every likely scenario that he might come across and the potential costs with each He did an absolutely superb job and didn t go over the original estimate despite coming up against some issues with the floor levelling A pleasure to deal with and a great communicator
