Customer Service is terrible
After Lasik surgery I needed a number of readers Cheapies were out too fragile and just didn t work well I tried three companies Classic Specs was second in my opinion and at first really liked them Bought two premium pairs My dog got ahold of a pair and broke a lens in half Contacted Classic Specs to have the lens replaced Flat out told me NO you have to buy a new pair They were very slow to respond the first time and did not respond when I asked for further explanation as this was just wrong Horrible Customer Service and I do not recommend
