I highly recommend NEVER ordering from this company

I highly recommend NEVER ordering from this company they want your money but do not care about customer satisfaction This is surprising as they brand themselves as a small business you d think extra care would be taken but the chances are you probably won t receive anything in the mail I made a small order to try some things out and it was okay I liked one specific item so I decided for my second order I would buy in bulk and spend more money so guess what It never arrived I emailed being extremely polite got a reply telling me it had been delivered and I should check with my neighbours etc which I did and if I could not locate the parcel they would RESEND it After diligently wasting my time doing everything they asked I responded to let them know Silence for 4 months why offer a replacement then ignore me once I actually need it Oh wait yep it makes sense now Throughout this whole process I was nothing but polite and enjoyed the product which makes this hurt even more And just so you know how disrespectful you were to me this is the first online review I have ever written and I m 26 years old They ll probably respond with some wishy-washy response to try and manipulate the masses who read this into thinking this was a one-off case but I highly doubt that they just assume we re dumb like most companies and assume people won t do what I m doing now expose them to the public
