Sent a returns request form a week ago - no reply Stuck with goods I don t want I understand it s not free returns but the small cost of posting back isn t an issue it will be less than 10 of the order cost Have spent a lot with this company over the years as their product range is good but it s a saturated market and there s plenty of competition Might only spend a few hundred a year but it will be with one of their many competitors from now on
