Poor communication and inconsistent

Poor communication and inconsistent First occasion cleaner did not arrive on time and was not informed that they were running late The cleaner did arrive and cleaned well Second occasion the cleaner arrived on time but did not speak adequate english to understand what I wanted doing then missed cleaning the main bathroom and parts of the kitchen like the kitchen sink I let the company know and was offered a deep clean to cover what was missed by second cleaner but was then charged for this deep clean when there were mistakes from 2nd cleaner Overall there was poor communication and inconsistent approach I tried twice and realised unfortunately it was more challenging than helpful with my experience with this company

Only agree to a in person quote

I suggest you ask for a in person quote to be given and not via video and pics I had send a detailed video showing the state of the flat to be given a quote I agreed to Once returning at the agreed time on the day of the cleaning I was in shock that less then half was done matter effect not even one full room was finished fully the oven was half cleaned only half the kitchen cupboard where cleaned even windows where left half cleaned I then got told another 100 is needed to do the work the next day Obviously after seeing the state it was being left I rejected to use their services further I felt conned
