This Company Cleanster is a fraudulent company I clean two homes for them I only got paid for 1 of the homes I never received pay for the last home I cleaned I called multiple times no answer Left messages left emails no answer No one answers the phones I want my money for the job I did

I recently signed up and completed one

I recently signed up and completed one job two weeks ago I have yet to be paid My receive date was June 19th today is the 23rd Won t do another job ever Emailed customer service three times with no response

Save yourself an Expensive Headache

Our reviews for cleanliness dropped dramatically using Cleanster Communication was non-existent and for claiming to understand short term rentals for items they missed on turnovers they would send a cleaner back not tell us and cause disruptions with guests In addition there are always extra charges on your bill that they cannot explain they re a headache Find someone else as for the price and stress the cleans aren t great and the app is almost as bad as the communication and cleans

This app sucks I wouldn t recommend using this app You pay 14 for a background check only to find out the app gives you a set price for you re clean which I find ridiculous As an experienced cleaner looking to broaden my horizons I don t expect to clean at a lower rate and not being able to set my own prices seems ridiculous

Very bad experience in getting paid for my work

I am working with Cleanster from last few months and having almost no issues However in last month I have cleaned a Airbnb from this application but I didn t get any payment from application And application shows me that they already paid me for job I tried to contact to the person regarding this issue but they are not answering my calls now and even not giving any answer on email or sms I just want to suggest every user of this application to be aware of this application
