Settlement delay of 30 days UNACCEPTABLE
Applied to join ClearAccept we have been using Stripe for 4 years via EKM Submitted annual accounts and recent monthly management accounts and Stripe report for past 12 months transactions We were told they would open an account with settlement delay of 30 days T 30 We currently get paid in 3 days from Stripe I rejected their proposal It s very strange as we have not had any payment disputes with Stripe or any payment gateway ever

A Disgrace
A Disgrace Since Clearacept took over payments for EKM Another complete shower of an organisation our order rate has gone through the floor Customers are continually having to re-submit payment details then the process just hangs EKM blame Clearaccept who after 6 months of complaints still haven t sorted out their useless payment back end Prior to EKM insisting on Clearaccept we used Worldpay Paypal Applepay without any issues whatsoever Just look around do your research Clearacept are utter pants

Worse than a nightmare
There are 8 reviews before mine the 1st three good ones were obviously written by two of their employees because they got 5 stars The most recent five explain what an absolutely useless shower are Clearaccept Unlike many other reviewers I really like EKM They have great service but now this shower Clearaccept has bought EKM they will undoubtedly drag EKM down to their level Useless support Numerous ID references they keep nagging you for Now imposed 6 a month charge for PCI compliance and we are already PCI compliant a price increase via the back door Also if you don t have a transaction in 60 days they will suspend you Talk to most of their staff and it is the blind leading the crippled Few of them can answer any query without playing pass the parcel and pushing you over to someone else The problem is that they are cheap but you get what you pay for One of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with

Charge double the agreed processing
Charge double the agreed processing fees - In April of 2023 we signed an agreement with Clearaccept on our payment processing This was enforced by EKM s newest scheme to make all of their customers use Clearaccept as their only payment provider In November of 2023 Clearaccept decided that they would double our transaction fee with no notice whatsoever This was only picked up at our end this month and they tell us that whilst they had an agreement with us they can change this agreement at any time that suits them Be very careful if you are forced to do business with this company Within their terms and conditions they claim they can change any agreement at any time with 7 days notice but you are tied on to a contract with EKM of a minimum of 30 days Some companies pay a year in advance Also if you want to leave EKM you then need to go and develop a new website at your own cost as none of the data is transferable And this is from a business that have been with EKM for 9 years

Absolutely dreadful company
Contacted clearaccept following the death of my husband due to having to change my bank account Sent everything they asked for within a couple of days yet they never changed the details and allowed my payments to go in to a redundant account for 3 MONTHS It was never rectified Instead it was quicker for me to rebuild my website on another platform and use another provider fully Which thank god as the new platform is far superior I cancelled all my services with EKM having been a customer for over 20 years and I do not regret it for a second Clearaccept have still know even bothered to acknowledge my complaint and continue to send emails to my deceased husband I have absolutely nothing good to say about them Do not use this company
