My experience at Clear Choice of Dallas was terrible CHRONOLOGY SUMMARIZED for Tooth 18 by ClearChoice 08-DEC-2014 The 1st tooth 18 was originally received on 08-DEC-2014 broke loose on 07-JAN-2015 and was lost on 18-JAN-2015 26-FEB-2015 The 2nd tooth 18 was received on 26-FEB-2015 29-DEC-2017 The 2nd tooth 18 received on 26-FEB-2015 broke loose on 29-DEC-2017 29-JAN-2018 The 3rd tooth 18 did not fit and could not be used Clear Choice made new molds for 4th replacement tooth 22-FEB-2019 The 4th tooth 18 was received 22-FEB-2018 I had to return the next day to remove extremely sharp metallic edges 02-AUG-2028 The 5th tooth 18 was received on 02-AUG-2018 which appears to be partially porcelain tooth and metal 21-NOV-2018 The 5th tooth 18 was loose the filling was removed and the screw was tightened on 21-NOV-2018 no permanent filling was added and told me to come back later to get a permanent filling 28-JUL-2020 The 5th tooth 18 is loose again sent email and left voice message inquiring whether securing the tooth is covered by a warranty never received a response so I went to another dentist who tightened the loose screw and added a filling for 140 00

My experience at ClearChoice in Pittsburgh was much the same It is all about money There is a lot they don t inform you Paid for an experienced surgeon but was butchered by some brutal doctor whom made my face black and blue and swollen for weeks June 3 was my surgery and June 23rd my face is still black and blue No apology from them Stay away from this shady place

Get a 2nd opinion

wife needed total all on 4 on both upper and lowers Clear Choice wanted 50 000 plus UP FRONT even though it would take 4 to 6 months Did not want to work with insurance Found oral surgeon not only was he 10 000 cheaper he worked with insurance and she paid as she went Also teeth made out of porcelain vs whatever clear choice uses

I made a bad decision to go to Clear Choice Having uppers replaced with all on 4 First set of temporary teeth broke in front Went back they repaired and broke again in same place Returned again and I refused that they repair again using the same process After a few threats of calling my attorney they repaired and reinforced the temporary teeth She had the gall to ask what i plan on doing with my lower teeth My response was having them replaced at a great competitor that doesn t take your money up front and run Do not use them there are many alternatives as i found out the hard way

Clear choice dentist are just a bunch of crooks looking to nickel and dime you

I ve checked clear choice out and they are just a bunch of con men Once you go in for the free consultation they ask you to put some money down to secure a spot Dont do this because you will never see the money again All a sudden they start having fees and then you have to speak with a dentist to get a small portion back Horrible experience

DO NOT DO CLEARCHOICE The basis of this review if from the horrible experience my father had with the terrible company He was lured in by the FALSE promise of new teeth in one day He knew that this wasn t exactly one day what he didn t know was how he would spend YEARS of his life in horrible teeth pain he lost tons of weight in the process from being unable to eat He had monthly or bi month appointments of grinding down bone adjustments and tons of horrible painful procedures He 100 regretted this Also to make things worse he developed mouth cancer in this time and was not notified by these dentists when it was made obvious to his in hindsight that they would whisper things of this nature behind his back They only notified him of the sores they saw when it was too late Horrible medical malpractice and absolutely FALSE advertising Do not fall for this Do not do this

Do not accept dental insurance

I contacted my local ClearChoice They tell me they do not accept dental insurance of any kind They would be happy to help with credit I feel this company in partnership with the credit card company And after reading the negative reviews I would not go there

Clear Choice -Big Mistake

I went to Clear Choice for implants because they provide IV sedation but I found that they weren t going to allow so much as an oral sedative for me After a high pressured sales session and promises that the procedure was not so bad I stupidly put down 1 000 It was only then that they said it was surgery and I agreed to be awake for it I did find a Clear Choice location that would provide me with sedation but it was over 100 miles from my home Then the Thursday before Christmas my doctor called and told me that I needed major surgery I had to cancel the dental implant surgery and even though it was canceled I still can t get my money back and the lender Clear Choice Dental uses continued to demand payments for the implants or my credit rating would be ruined Your payments start before surgery Don t do it Clear Choice was Clearly a BIG MISTAKE
