I love my night guard from ClearClub My teeth are protected because I grind so bad and these are night guards help so much I purchased the 2 mm upper guard and I am so thankful The price is right it arrived within two weeks and I am now sleeping so much better and don t wake up with headaches

This company is a scam
This company claims to ship mouth guards and retainers to your door on a regular basis I have been charged for four products I ve received one Additionally I am being asked to complete a new mold before they can ship the next refill even though I already did the mold to receive the guard I asked for a refund on the products I was charged for but haven t received and I get some boiler plate response our technicians noticed an issue that could affect the fit of your guard complete a mold and let our technicians get you a great fitting guard after MANY requests for a refund at least 10 they are still claiming they can t issue refunds despite their clear refund policy on their website I have consulted a lawyer and the company is obligated to issue a refund if requested but they are still refusing 37 emails and counting

Terrible company and a bad product
Clearclare starts their 30 day guarantee period from the date they ship the kit to you Meaning that by the time it arrives at your house usps ground you go through the impression process mail it back usps ground they review the impression and ship the guard to you usps ground you have no time to test the guard before the guarantee period expires Essentially they make it impossible to get a refund for an ill fitting and uncomfortable bite guard THEY KNOW THEY ARE SELLING A BAD PRODUCT and they have tailored their policy to keep themselves from being accountable The customer service is among the worst I have ever dealt with

I ve had a similar experience to most of the other reviewers here it seems but here s my experience anyway 1 I wanted to cancel a subscription I d been a customer for a long time but needed something changed not their fault So I went to the website to cancel Navigated to my page and interestingly it says you must EMAIL for cancellation that s frustrating and seems sketchy but fine 2 So I emailed for cancellation My email then got automatically bounced back to me saying please contact our chatbot We don t monitor this email anymore Ugh Okay 3 Contacted the chatbot which DOES HAVE an option to cancel automatically built in BUT THEN REFERS YOU TO THE EMAIL AGAIN The same email 4 Email ONCE AGAIN and days later get a response essentially saying wait stay and here s why Um no At this point I m beyond frustrated They won t cancel my subscription I had actually emailed MONTHS prior after my previous order too asking to cancel and had thought I cancelled THEN I gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking they missed this email But not only did they refuse to refund my last order which had NOT been fulfilled they aren t letting me cancel either This is a nightmare Please don t go down this horrible rabbit hole I actually may need to cancel my credit card because of these absolutely terrible people

Yeah this is horrific service product
Yeah this is horrific service product absolutely a scam This was a bad experience The entire process is back and forth I have spent over 200 on two cycles And have yet to receive a guard that fits appropriately It is not as simple and as helpful as is advertised Horrible customer service this is a scam Go to another company or get one made at your dentist
