I booked one week ahead but my first
I booked one week ahead but my first booking was lost and were very unconcerned about their system failure My second booking also one week ahead was never confirmed even though they said a response would be with in 24 hours in the email they sent me a week before the appt Never heard from them again Considering the work they do this is a very poor service and people should look elsewhere for assistance I did without and got through on my own you can too
