The device was delivered damaged I have repeatedly tried to contact Clearlift with evidence of the damage and as soon as I get a reply they disappear again I ve asked for a replacement and then a refund over the last 4 months and still haven t got anywhere Do not buy Eventually a replacement device arrived several months later As I had asked for a refund not a replacement in my last correspondence I contacted Clearlift again but received no response No details were included on how to return it and I ve given up trying to speak to them

no adapter or instructions included

The product does not include a serious manual and I can NOT USE it because the provided adapter for my country DOES NOT FIT I am very disappointed I want to return this product

SCAM WEBSITE The product advertised is a kenzzi hair removal system shown in videos in photos they have badly photoshopped on a clear lift logo The ratings on the website is just a picture and not a link I ve found out the hard way the product is coming from China and the payment shown going out is just a man s name I have reported and got in contact with paypal

This Clearlift product does not work

This Clearlift product just does not work I tried it for 3 months every week I have now asked for a refund and have been refused Refunds are only given within 2 weeks of purchase The poorly translated instructions advise that results may not be seen in 2 weeks so I persevered I strongly advise against paying 179 for this product which had absolutely no results and do not profit a company who will not entertain a refund on faulty goods

Warning - scam site

Definitely a scam site as another reviewer has stated - the article recommending the item has clearly been doctored I had buyer s remorse immediately upon purchasing the item and cancelled within hours of the order but received an email two days later saying it had been shipped so they couldn t cancel it what a surprise Further communication has been non-existent and I m pursuing a refund via my credit card now Avoid at all costs please

Product came today it is shocking The product sent is not a genuine clearlift product the box images are poorly printed The website is a fake and reported to trading standards already claiming to be real clearlift product The instruction guide is a random unbranded booklet the product itself is cheap and not a 180 product as advertised This product has been poorly re branded to look like an authentic clear lift product the plug is at an unsatisfactory standard I will be contacting trading standards again with photos of the product as proof

Worst company AVOID

Worst company Totally fraudulent and any good review on here is just paid advertising I m convinced Crap product which is probably not even safe would NEVER put it near me Can t get a refund for a never-used product as they are difficult and want me to send it to an island near Madagascar AVOID AVOID AVOID
